Absolutely disgusting

It was disgusting in their, the shower didn’t work properly the toilet was horrible, it was a horrible place to stay for a few hours! I had to change my hotel!

A lot of improvement should be done. Room rates are not acceptable for their service.

After our first night and breakfast, we complained to the front desk and asked for a full refund for the rest of the nights. Since they can't make a refund, they upgraded us to their Oceanview Suite. The room is nice and the view was superb, there is a phone signal and data available in the veranda only.

We initially booked a double room for 1 week stay to enjoy "work-from-home" setup, but we were disappointed that there is no Wifi, no phone signal, there is TV but no signal & channel available, no hot & cold water and faulty bidet & toilet bowl flush. We were awakened at 6am by the loud noises outside our room. Since wifi is only available on the lobby and breakfast area, we tried it too, but to no avail. We have to work in the town proper and nearby cafes. Breakfast was also disappointing. There's no food selection, they will only serve whatever is available without notifying the guests - No ad or notice that shows what food will be served on the day. Food was served cold and in very small portion. One morning, they served cucumber with anchovies, egg and rice; other guests were really furious and complained asking for another meal, but they have to pay extra for this. In our upgraded room, the room was nice, but the toilet bowl is still faulty, there are a lot of mosquitos and 3 huge cockroaches which my husband had to kill. Last 2 nights were a nightmare. Our room was in the 4th floor and the breakfast area is in the 2nd floor but the property owner seemed to have a lot of personal guests who was in there, shouting, drinking & singing loudly in the karaoke which we had to endure for 2 nights. In the morning, we are awakened again by loud conversations outside our new room. On our last day, they have a lot of guests, so some of us had to ate our breakfast in the hotel lobby, some are eating while standing, & some ate while holding their plates in the sofa. I've been staying in Inns, Hostels and Homestays for over 10 years, and I can say that this has been one of the worst. We are not gumblers because if the nightly rate is less than $20, I would understand "you-get-what-you-pay-for", but we stayed here for 1 week for Php 11k (USD $220). There are other Inns that could provide better service for this price.

affordable but not going back. there are other better places to stay at.

affordable price and convenient location

breakfast served is only 1 dish. 3 slices of meatloaf, rice, and egg. its as if im eating at a jail! shower has no heater. when i asked the staff if there’s heater available at other rooms, he mentioned that heater is at a first come first served basis and i need to wait someone from other rooms to finish showering (how will i know), so my heater will work. although there is obviously no sign of a heating device inside the shower. i just let it go and froze showering this rainy season for 5 days. they offered van transfers for a fee. the first van they booked me was an old van which had no aircon and i had to endure that for 6 hours from pps to el nido. rooms are also no well lit. mirror is only 1 piece, half body. hanged unequally. floor of the room was also full of sand when we checked in. and there were ants in the sink of the cr. no wifi, no cable tv, no signal as well in this hotel. yes, it’s affordable. but there are other options which are better
